About the Role
A Mental Health Worker is responsible for the supervision, protection, and care of
children both individually and in group settings. This may include assistance in
addressing individual needs, treatment plan support, house cleaning, meal preparation,
providing transportation, dispensing medication, documentation, communication with
internal and external treatment team members and community partners, and other
duties as assigned. Proper documentation, including both digital and paper as needed, is
required. In addition, you will commit to completing all required training sessions, both
in-person and online, as assigned, and attending team meetings. It is also imperative
that at all times you follow agency and Title 22 Community Care Licensing standards and
County Mental Health standards as well as any other applicable regulations.
